What to expect when Hiring Sweet Savory Yoga for your Corporate Office?

Everyone who wants to do yoga in the office will have to sign a waiver beforehand. Copies will be emailed or handed out before desire time.
Mats and props will be provided.
We will arrive 15 minutes early to set up and hand out paper waivers.
Breakdown of class: 5 minutes of reconnecting to the breath, 20 minutes of warming the body up, 15 minutes of going through a flow, 10 minute cool down. 10 minutes of meditation.
Everyone will be responsible for wiping down their mat and props. We will provide the cleaning product and microfibers.
Everyone goes into work, gets back to work, or leaves for the day feeling refreshed.
